Ilham Aliyev ou Ilham Aliev, né le à Bakou, est un homme d'État azerbaïdjanais, président de la république d'Azerbaïdjan depuis le . Il devient président à la suite du désistement de son père malade, le président sortant Heydar Aliyev, à l'élection présidentielle de 2003.
